The native app’s Check In destination starts the visit flow. Follow the presence and location instructions shown by the app. A web demonstration cannot create a check-in or submit a merchant review.
- Open Check In in the native app while at the truck.
- Complete the supported presence flow and choose your reaction.
- When asked, compare places you have tried and view your resulting personal ranking.
If the visit cannot be confirmed.
Read the specific app message. Check location access and whether you are at the intended truck. If the failure continues, contact support with the screen and what happened; do not try to bypass the presence check by changing device location.
