Laff is preparing for its first TestFlight release. An invitation request is an expression of interest, not a confirmed place or a download link.
Something not working?
Email support@laffapp.com. Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, your app version, and your iPhone model. A screenshot can help—hide other people’s details first.
Never email your password, sign-in code, identity documents, health certificates, or exact location. Sending an email does not by itself change your account or delete your data.
Report content or block someone
Use the report action on the content or profile in the app. You can also block an account and manage blocked accounts in Settings. If you cannot reach the report action, email a content report with the public profile or content reference and a short description. Avoid forwarding sensitive or harmful media.
Delete your account
- Open Profile → Settings → Delete account in Laff.
- Read the confirmation. Deletion is permanent, not a temporary deactivation.
- If asked, sign out and sign in again, then return to Delete account to confirm.
Active orders or truck ownership may need to be resolved before deletion. Follow the explanation shown in the app; truck teams may need an ownership transfer or closure. If you cannot access your account, request deletion help. We may need to verify that the account is yours without asking for your password or sign-in code.
See the privacy policy for data handling, retention, and your rights. Uninstalling Laff does not delete your account.

For access, correction, or other privacy questions, send a privacy request. Our legal documents remain marked as drafts until review is complete.

شي مو شغّال معك؟
راسلنا على support@laffapp.com. قل لنا وش كنت تحاول تسوي، ووش صار، وإصدار التطبيق، ونوع آيفونك. صورة للشاشة ممكن تساعد—غطّ بيانات الآخرين أول.
لا ترسل كلمة مرورك، أو رمز الدخول، أو مستندات الهوية، أو الشهادات الصحية، أو موقعك الدقيق بالإيميل. إرسال الإيميل لحاله ما يغيّر حسابك ولا يحذف بياناتك.
بلّغ عن محتوى أو احظر حساب
استخدم خيار البلاغ من المحتوى أو الملف الشخصي داخل التطبيق. تقدر تحظر حساب وتدير الحسابات المحظورة من الإعدادات. إذا ما قدرت توصل لخيار البلاغ، أرسل بلاغ بالإيميل مع مرجع المحتوى أو الملف العام ووصف مختصر. تجنّب إعادة إرسال صور أو مقاطع حساسة أو مؤذية.
حذف حسابك
- افتح الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب في لفّ.
- اقرأ رسالة التأكيد. الحذف نهائي، مو تعطيل مؤقت.
- إذا طلب منك التطبيق، سجّل خروج وادخل من جديد، ثم ارجع لخيار حذف الحساب وأكّد.
الطلبات النشطة أو ملكية عربة ممكن تحتاج معالجة قبل الحذف. اتبع التوضيح اللي يظهر لك بالتطبيق؛ فريق العربة ممكن يحتاج نقل الملكية أو الإغلاق. إذا ما تقدر تدخل حسابك، اطلب مساعدة لحذف الحساب. ممكن نحتاج نتأكد إن الحساب لك بدون ما نطلب كلمة مرورك أو رمز دخولك.
راجع سياسة الخصوصية لمعرفة التعامل مع البيانات، والاحتفاظ بها، وحقوقك. حذف التطبيق من الجهاز ما يحذف حسابك.

لطلب الوصول لبياناتك أو تصحيحها أو لأي سؤال عن الخصوصية، أرسل طلب خصوصية. مستنداتنا القانونية تظل معلّمة كمسودات لين تكتمل مراجعتها.
