A comparison asks about two places you have tried. Think about which you would go back for. The point is to build a useful personal order over time; a stranger’s taste does not have to match yours.

A ranking connects to actual visits and the journal around them. Your favorite is more useful when you can remember the place, the day and the reason. Keep a photograph or your own words with the outing where the app supports them.
