Understand a truck’s live location

Serving, paused, offline and why directions sometimes disappear.

Check the current page.

A truck’s schedule is a plan. Its current published state describes whether service is confirmed now. If the publication expires or cannot be refreshed, Laff removes directions rather than relying on the old pin.

  1. Open the truck’s current public page.
  2. Read its serving, paused or offline state.
  3. Use directions only when the current page offers them. Otherwise check later or choose another published truck.

For the operator.

Check the selected truck, the native app’s location permissions and the confirmed shift state. Background location is part of the native device workflow; keeping a browser tab open is not a substitute. If the status still cannot be confirmed, use the shift recovery or support action without repeatedly opening new shifts.
