Use your own account.
Open Operator login and use the sign-in method attached to your Firebase account. A customer account does not automatically receive operator access. The workspace checks the actual owner or organization assignment.
- Check that you are using the expected account.
- Follow the sign-in or recovery action offered on the page.
- If no truck is assigned, contact the business owner or support. Do not share an owner password.
When access changes.
A removed role or assignment may make a previously available page inaccessible. Signing in again cannot grant a role you no longer have. Keep the error message and the task you were trying to perform when contacting support; never send passwords or verification codes.
