Confirm the selected truck, readiness and the information the public will see. Location freshness and a bounded live shift are separate from the weekly schedule. If a required condition is missing, the operator needs the actual reason and a useful recovery action.

Keep the queue understandable.
Work with the order in front of you: its items, current custody and supported next status. Exceptions and preparation extensions belong with that ticket. A failed command leaves the confirmed order state intact until the server acknowledges a change.

Sold out is useful information.
Changing availability is a service action. Editing the dish’s price or permanent description is a different job with different permissions. Make the temporary change clearly so somebody reading the public menu gets the correct expectation.
Menu and availabilityRecovery is part of the day.
Paused service, stale location and lost connectivity need different responses. Native location handling remains important for the truck on the move. A browser page cannot promise uninterrupted background GPS; the workspace should show what is confirmed and where the operator must act.
